About This Course
The Fellowship in Fetal Medicine is an advanced, specialized program designed to train medical professionals in the comprehensive assessment and management of fetal health during pregnancy. The course focuses on prenatal screening, fetal ultrasound, diagnosis of congenital anomalies, invasive and non-invasive prenatal
testing, and high-risk pregnancy management. The program combines theoretical learning, case-based discussions, image interpretation, and clinical exposure, enabling participants to develop competency in fetal evaluation and decision making. Emphasis is placed on early detection of anomalies, evidence-based counselling, and multidisciplinary coordination to improve maternal and fetal outcomes.
Learning Objectives

Screen for and diagnose structural and chromosomal fetal anomalies.
Assess and manage high-risk pregnancies from a fetal medicine perspective.
